Searching for a price stays open to everyone. This page lists what each level includes and what is not available yet. Nothing on this page can be bought, and no paid plan has a price.

Open to everyone, with no account and no card. Money never locks these:

  • Search and compare places
  • Facility pages
  • Published prices, each with its source and date
  • Estimates from a plan you type in
  • Browsing insurance plans
  • Explainers
  • Methods and sources
  • Questions to rede.ai about search and plans
  • A first look at your bill check, with flagged lines and reasons
  • Warnings, and a blank with its reason when Rede has no price it trusts
  • Source labels and dates
  • Deleting your account

A free account keeps things for you. It needs an account and no payment.

Price not set yet

Rede Pro cannot be bought yet. When it can, it will include:

  • A full bill check, with every line explained
  • Letters built from the findings
  • A typed bill and EOB side by side
  • A findings report
  • Price-change alerts

Coming when Rede can protect it

None of these is available today and none has a date. Each one waits on something Rede has to put in place first.

  • Upload or photograph a bill and EOB

    Needs first: Security safeguards, a signed agreement with a document-reading vendor, consent text, and a decision on how long anything is kept. Until then Rede reads only the lines you type.

  • Ask rede.ai about your own bill

    Needs first: A signed agreement with the AI company that covers this use. No such agreement is in place today.

  • Plan documents and insurer replies read for you

    Needs first: The same as uploads: they are health documents too, so this waits on the safeguards, the signed agreement with a document-reading vendor, consent and the retention decision.

  • Your appeal case on every device

    Needs first: A case tracker, which is not built, and an account that keeps your case. A case is health information, and Rede has not decided how long it would keep one.

  • Household and caregiver profiles

    Needs first: It is not built yet. Care-circle and caregiver support is still an open item on the product roadmap.

  • A billing specialist for a fixed fee

    Needs first: Staff, a safe way to take in cases, and review by counsel. The fee would be fixed before any work starts and would not depend on the outcome.
